Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment verification. An unpaid slot hold may expire and become available to another customer.

Cancellations and refunds

Appointments may be managed through the secure link in the confirmation email before the appointment begins. Refund eligibility is reviewed by the clinic and, when approved, is processed through the original payment provider.

Prices, availability, and service descriptions may change. The checkout total shown and verified at payment is the amount charged.
